Senior Inside Sales Specialist

As a key member in our sales team, you will be responsible to secure short- and long-term business for Enetsky based on fundamental understanding of the customer’s business, operations and objectives.
You will provide stellar service to core accounts and enable a consultative sales approach within strategic accounts. You will have the opportunity to identify customer needs and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders in the sales team to inform tailored solutions for each customer.

Support the Sales Directors on internal process to move opportunities from leads to contracts.

Answer calls from customers requesting pricing, availability and other information
Collaborate with across departments to find creative solutions to customer requests
Support the Sales Directors on pricing/quoting, work orders, credits, job cost sheets, and customer changes forms
Support sales team to maintain accurate VCita data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Ensure customer support is provided to the business when designated Sales Directors are away from the office.
Act as the direct interface to our Tier I customers for managing capacity, billing and credits for Enetsky ’s Occasional Use inventory.

Can you drive these processes?

Sales Manager Cameroon – VSAT

Enetsky Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive VSAT Sales Manager.

This position will form part of our core sales team. You will be based at our headquarters in Greensboro NC and must be able to travel 30% of the time in the performance of duties.
You must meet the eligibility requirements set out below to qualify for the position:
Demonstrable track record of selling Satellite (VSAT) communications solutions to Enterprise business units (mining industry, bank and/or Oil & Gas)
Proven commercial managed services experience in Enterprise business units (Mining and/or Oil & Gas) selling high value solutions
Relevant experience in network deployment
Knowledge of satellite industry and enterprise networks
Hands on knowledge of the implementation of satellite based, fixed/mobile networks, fibre backbone networks, and Internet access networks in emerging markets
Previous experience selling iDirect VSAT solutions
A strong grasp of telecommunications technology

) Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
