Online payment for services
Dear customers, you can remotely pay for satellite communication services through electronic plastic bank cards through the Stripe. Payment for services is made by issuing an electronic invoice to the client’s e-mail. To make a payment, you must first conclude a contract and receive confirmation from a specialist of the Sales Department of Enetsky Inc. The contract fixes all the conditions, prices of services, the volume of delivery. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments by bank cards are made through the electronic payment system Stripe. The payment page of the Stripe system meets all the requirements of data transmission security (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is as resistant to hacking as possible. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Payment takes place on a secure page of the service.
After the conclusion of the contract, the manager of the company sends you a link where you will go to a special secure payment page of the Stripe processing system.
The payment page will contain the order number and the amount of payment. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will be asked to go through a standard one-minute procedure for checking the cardholder on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).
We accept payments by the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard.
Technical parameters of the service, terms of service provision and prices are to be agreed upon additionally by the Sales Consultants of the Enetsky’s Sales Department and are fixed by the signing of a Service Contract.
The Service Order to organize a satellite communication link by NSSС is carried out after «Capacity Allocation» form is filled out, or an email request sent to info@enetsky.com or by contacting any of the Sales Consultants of the Enetsky’s Sales Department at +237 67221 9075.
After signing the Enetsky communication services contract, testing and provision of the requested service, Enetsky would email an electronic copy of the invoice with the link for payment for the provided service to the customer’s official e-mail.
After the payment is received, Sales Consultants of the Enetsky’s Sales Department would inform the customer via the customer’s official mail or by telephone.
Stripe Fee is to charge a payment processing fee of 5% of the payment amount for each online service payment.
In the case of circumstances that require a refund (strictly according to satellite communication services contract), the refund is being processed as following:
when the service is paid by a bank card, the refund is made to the very card from which the payment was made, within 1 to 30 business days from the date of the refund.
refunds are made after deducting the payment processing fee of 5% of the amount of online service payment.
